Orkla have been manufacturing vegetarian and vegan flavours for many years, this is one of our major areas of expertise. We offer vegetarian beef, chicken and Pork flavours which can also be natural, they have a truly authentic meat taste.

Soups And Sauces

For canned soup, fresh soup and culinary sauces we offer a variety of flavours and bouillons. If the flavour profile you are looking for is not in our range, our chefs can create it. Our unique process gives our flavours long shelf life both in storage as a raw material and in the finished product, making them tailor made for any intensive cooking process (canning for example)

Our flavours are suitable for inclusion into Ready meal and savoury snack applications, with long ambient shelf life and strong process stability you can be sure that our flavours will stand up to your manufacturing process and will not go to waste.

Gravies

Would you like a Chip shop or a restaurant style gravy? Being market leader in Norway we draw on this expertise to create different flavour profiles to suit your needs. Our stocks and bouillons are created by chefs and offer you a wide range of choices, chicken, beef or vegetable flavours are available and we are always on hand to help you with you formulations.

Marinades/ Rubs/ Glazes

All the flavours you may need to help construct your formulations for the BBQ season. We have a large range of base flavours with strong impact; these are easily dispersed and have excellent clean flavour profiles without any acrid, bitter or sour notes.

Snack Food Seasonings

Since our flavours are dried at especially low temperatures, compared to spray drying, they retain many of the highly flavored volatile compounds favored by snack seasoning developers; this lessens the need for strong and expensive top notes. Our flavours are a step higher on the flavour pyramid; cost in use can be markedly reduced.
