Flavours and taste solutions
Like you would do in a kitchen, we cook together raw
materials to create the tastes we want. We then gently dry our products at a low temperature. This results in culinary, pure savoury flavours without burnt notes. Our flavours comply with the EU Flavouring Directive 1334/2008.
We can create bespoke pure flavours for your products.
Seafood Powders
From the clear and cold North Atlantic ocean, we get pure raw materials of high quality. The production process is specifically designed to retain the pure taste. We have a selection of white fish and shrimps.
Our powders are MSC certified, with an ambient shelf life of 12–15 months.
Pulses
At our production factory, we soak, cook and
dry them – you only need to reheat them, and they will be ready to serve.
We offer Marrowfat, Yellow and Green Peas.
